2024 FieldView™ Bets the Farm Winback Campaign Terms and Conditions

BayerValue Rules

  1. The BayerValue™ Program (“BayerValue Program”) consists of numerous Bayer CropScience Inc. (“Bayer”) grower programs that are identified by Bayer from time to time as being part of the BayerValue Program. The 2024 FieldView™ Bets the Farm Campaign (also the “Campaign”) is part of the BayerValue Program.
  2. BayerValue Program rules (“BayerValue Rules”) apply to all BayerValue Programs including the Campaign. The complete BayerValue Rules for the 2024 growing season are found at https://www.cropscience.bayer.ca/en/grower-programs or by calling the Bayer Rebate Fulfillment Centre at 1-855-317-5082.
  3. The BayerValue Rules include consent from the grower respecting the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and use of commercial electronic messages for purposes discussed in the BayerValue Rules. Program Details

Eligibility

  1. “Eligible Growers” are growers who are: (a) selected by Bayer to participate in the Campaign, previously had a FieldView™ platform subscription and did not renew their subscription between January 1, 2024 and July 15, 2024; and (b) enrolled in the BayerValue Program. 
  2. Growers excluded from the Campaign include growers with duplicate accounts, inactive accounts (defined as having zero login days), and those growers who have expressed no interest in renewing their subscriptions.
  3. Growers with active FieldView™ subscriptions are excluded from the Campaign.

 

Participation

  1. Eligible Growers who renew their FieldView™ subscription between August 1, 2024 and December 30, 2024 (“Renewed Subscription”) and are enrolled in BayerValue, are automatically enrolled to participate in the 2024 FieldView™ Bets the Farm Winback Campaign.
  2. An Eligible Grower will qualify for a 50% rebate of their FieldView Renewed Subscription payment (provided as a rebate payment through the Eligible Grower’s BayerValue Program rebate in 2025) by conducting all of the following steps:
    1. Use the FieldView™ platform during the  full 12 month Renewed Subscription period (“Subscription Period”);
    2. Collect machine-generated data using the FieldView™ Drive feature during the Subscription Period;
    3. Utilize the Field Region Report feature for analysis during the Subscription Period;
    4. Update the Eligible Grower’s contact information, payment information, and communication preferences upon renewal of the Renewed Subscription; and
    5. Within 60 days after the Subscription Period ends, contacting a Bayer customer service representative (“CSR”) at 1-855-317-5082 identifying the Eligible Grower’s participation in the Campaign and: (a) advising the CSR that the Eligible Grower is genuinely of the view that the Renewed Subscription did not provide the Eligible Grower with sufficient value for the Renewed Subscription payment made; and (b) providing the CSR with feedback, acting in good faith, on why the Renewed Subscription did not provide the Eligible Grower with sufficient value. 

All conditions must be met to qualify for the rebate. Compliance with these conditions will be verified to determine rebate eligibility.
